The lady was extremely professional. And super sweet. I live hours away from here so I was skeptical at first. But I definitely loved my experience. Thank you for doing such a good job ❤️

The quality of the nails was great, no complaints.As a businesswoman, I'd like to give some suggestions to improve. 1. Educate staff periodically about PPE, sanitation and cross contamination.2. Lower the lights. Lights set the mood and you have plenty of sun coming in the front door/windows. 3. Have neutral shows on TV. Good ones are HGTV, GSN and the history channel. Update your name on google. Dippy's nails is what's on your sign and it can lead to clients driving away thinking they have the wrong place of business.Overall, you have the potential to be amazing! Thank you for your work today.
