This place was selected by my mother as the place she'd like to manage her final wishes. I went to this place approximately 2 weeks before her passing. I spoke with Wayne, the funeral director; who made it seem as though his best intentions and deepest sympathies were with me. That was all an act come the time my mother had passed. Wayne is an awful human being and he's the Devil himself. Wayne informed me that they pick up peoples loved one immediately 24/7 once pronounced by a M.E. that was LIE. My mother laid in the hospital for over 4 hours and the funeral home kept telling hospital staff they were 15 minutes away for hours! I shared with the funeral home... read full review

My mother in law passed and my wife wanted to see her mother one more time before she was cremated. She wanted to give her mother a letter that she wrote to her. She was not allowed to give her the letter and not allowed to see her mother because “they were too busy” If you expect some sympathy, condolences or just plain decency during your time of mourning, go to a different funeral home.
Edit: after leaving this review they have called saying they will allow her to see her mother. Originally we were told cremation happens after 72 hours. This is now the fourth day, surpassing 72 hours. While it is appreciated... read full review

If I would give them a -0 I would we took my mom here because her last wishes was to be cremated here and the level of disrespect was crazy the guy there was rude he told us to bring thingsin we wanted our mom to get cremated and told us we can put it in her when we got there he said no we could not see her and he was busy and everything else I’m telling yall please take your love on some where else
