Hello bonnie & beth. I apologize on behalf of Top nails and spa appleton. I’m sorry to hear that every Nail Salon you have ever been to has never been satisfying. Sadly, two weeks after your services you weren’t satisfied with this salon either.
This is Ren. I worked on Bonnie‘s pedicure and acrylics. In our system, you two had your services on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. Your complaints were made on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, which marks exactly 2 weeks.
