James was very knowledgeable and troubleshooted the issues with my furance. He was able to replace it the same day, which I'm really grateful for. Excellent customer service! I'll be using Tiltin for all my HVAC needs!
James Tiltin serviced our central air promptly, explained and showed us the problem with the system, promptly submitted a competitive estimate, and 2 days later installed a new air conditioner. He was honest, tidy and answered all our questions. We would use his services again!
