The first word that comes to mind when I think about the care and support Synergy HomeCare provides for Mom is kindness. For the past three years Synergy has been providing reliable and compassionate care for Mom. She will turn 100 this August and is living with early stage Alzheimer's disease. Needless to say, her care needs have been a moving target. Synergy has been accommodating to all the changes with Mom's care plan. They're always there as planned to deliver on the care plan and they provide helpful documentation on each visit. My caregiver is always on time, and does an outstanding job! After the first week she had a routine down leaving time to do extra projects! I'm so thankful! Oh and the company is outstanding, always ready to work with you!
If I could give 10 stars I would! This in home care provider experience easily surpassed the assisted living/ care facility we had initially used. Mom felt very comfortable at home with such a dedicated very caring and compassionate staff. Christy in particular went above and beyond all expectations - she put mom's needs ahead of any of her plans and was on the spot at a moments notice. I would highly recommend anyone with potential needs for in home care to reach out to the professionals at Synergy Homecare.
