Katelyn at the Appleton location off of Silverspring Dr did an amazing job answering some tough questions I had for her. I did come to her with a complaint stating that I do pay a lot of money for beds that don't work fully. She did take my complaint and answered some additional questions that I had about the differences in the type of beds that they offer. Sunseekers does need to do a better job with having better beds for a level 3 which is a very popular level and not have to raise our prices for it. I LOVE SUNSEEKERS. My favorite is the Appleton one of course. I love seeing Jordan and all the other workers it truly brightens my day to talk to them. I don’t only love tanning but look forward to the fun conversations I am able to have with Jordan. She gives me advice and listens, and I also get to tan after? Name a better deal than that. You can’t. There is always new deals going on. Sunseekers listens to their customers and delivers what is asked. I love it!!!!

Hoping to get back this winter. Great choice of different levels! Very very clean and friendly employers! Minus a half star because the rates are really high and there's no special package that includes red light bed, it's always extra if you have a membership or not. Would love to see something simpler like a level 1/2 bed including the red light bed. Also for the other half star, this location does not have the smart sun therapy. You would need to go to Oshkosh or Green Bay.
Side note is those high level beds tend to get really super 🔥 🔥, especially on the face, with no option to turn them off. So what I usually do is just scoot further down the bed and I seemed...read full review
