We used the on the go Lite system for my father. The service was excellent. SUBURBAN came to the house to set every thing up and tested the system to make sure it was working properly. The salesperson was very helpful and easy to work with. Not pushy like other companies that we where considering. I highly recommend them to any body looking for an alert device.

I cannot say enough how excellent my experience with suburban electric was the gentleman that came out was I had a schedule. He was very courteous. He knew what the problem was had it fixed within a half an hour I really appreciate the courtesy and the professionalism and a job well done. I will absolutely be using suburban enterprises again for any future electrical needs. The main breaker on my panel went out on a Friday night, and first thing Saturday morning, Suburban was able to get an electrician out to get it repaired for me. The electrician (Eric) was super helpful, personable, and it was easy to tell he knew what he was doing. He did a really nice job explaining what went wrong and explaining what his plan was for repairing everything. I really appreciate how quick they were able to get this taken care of for me, and will be coming back to them for some updates I am planning in the future.Service: Electrical panel repair
