My normal Salon is closed on Sunday now. I needed to get my hair cut right away. I took a chance at Smart Style. Nikki was the one that cut my hair that day. My hair was done perfectly. What was even better is that Nikki was fantastic. Very down to earth and kind. It was just an overall great experience. I will be going to Nikki as long as I can! Kuddos to Nikki for being a great human! It is refreshing to meet great peeple.

I'm always on the lookout for trans friendly salons, and Nikki did a wonderful job both on the cut itself and with making me feel comfortable! My hair is flattering, easy to style, and exactly what I was looking for. I'm going to be a happily returning customer, and I've told my friends about the great experience I had this afternoon. This salon is under new management and it was THE best experience I have ever had in a salon over the 10 years I’ve been going to various smart style’s across Wisconsin. This manager went above and beyond to make me feel heard when I told her about my hair concerns, she gave me advice and helped me pick out new professional shampoos and conditioner and after ONE use of the new products recommended to me, my hair feels soft, light (not weighed down like other products) AND hydrated which is what I need as I suffer from a dry scalp/dandruff.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON, THIS NEW MANAGEMENT IS HONEST, OPEN, HELPFUL AND MAKES YOU FEEL EMPOWERED AND BEAUTIFUL WHEN LEAVING...read full review
