Steve is always the guy for all of our inspections. We have been using him now for the last 8-9 years and he is always thorough and fair. Steve is the man you want inspecting your potential new home. Recently I was moving forward to purchase a house that wasn’t what it seemed. I am very thankful I can say due to Steve’s knowledge I was able to assess the true value better and move on to find a house that’ll better suit my family.
