She keeps the lines of communication open by checking in with me to make sure I am happy with how things are going and always returns my calls right away, treating me as a priority. I can’t say enough about how much Senior Helpers has helped me. I deal with many chronic conditions and with my helper, Erica, she helps take some stress off taking care of my home. Without her I would not be able to do the things I need to do. She also has been able to bring me to appointments I would have had no other way to make. They are the BEST!
