We had a good experience with Security-Luebke. Eric was thorough when looking at our roof and gave great recommendations. Emily was very helpful answering all of my questions throughout the process & made sure we were happy throughout. The project was scheduled quickly. It ended up being quite a lot more work than expected due to some additional layers that were uncovered, but the crew worked SO hard to get the project completed in a reasonable amount of time.
The roof installation was good. I was bit put off by the lack of communication. I would have liked more information.
The gutter installation crew was efficient and personable. I arranged for them to use my adjoining neighbor driveway to work in. I gave them chocolate chip cookies! I had a good look at their work and realized there was 2 major errors.
The discharge from the front south switch to go into my neighbors driveway. It was originally set up to discharge into my front yard. I have no idea why this was changed.
The gutter installation on the front north was new. I had only had 3 before but was advised to
