We just had Nick stop by our place in Appleton.
Nick was very helpful and kind and understanding. He was very thorough.
He had a lot of knowledge of the roofing and insurance. He assessed the damage to our roof, due to some damage from a tornado that recently came through our town.
He knew an electrician and was able to call and share the details right away and the electrician was able to confirm what we believed to be fixed.
Nick took pictures of the damage and shared them with us. He put a tarp on the one section of our roof so that no rain/ water would get into the house.
Hope to continue to work with him and your company.
Zach Z. did great work at my mother’s house; he replaced a piece of siding that fell off during a storm quickly, efficiently, and didn’t try to sell her on any unnecessary fixes or add-ons. Both her and myself will work with these guys again if the need arises.
Zach came over to check the exterior of my home following the tornado in Menasha. He was extremely helpful! Although I don’t need repairs at this time, if ever I did, I would definitely call RidgeTop for repairs. Zach was very polite, helpful and professional. It was a pleasure working with him! Thank you, Zach!
