Wanted to treat my MIL to a mani-pedi. Arrived on time for our appointment, and still had to wait over 45 minutes to get any service. Mid-afternoon on a weekday. It was hot, but we weren't offered water or anything during the wait, or during the service either.
My MIL said the man who did her pedicure /intentionally/ tickled the soles of her feet, so she was a bit weirded out. Neither he, nor the woman who did my pedicure, spoke English, so we had a difficult time communicating, having to always wait for a 3rd person to translate. They both did a good job on the pedis.

Stylist: I went in for a manipedi, and while I was sitting there I had a diabetic emergency. She sprang into action and bought me a sugary drink and gave me rice snacks. Wonderful customer service/care!
