The customer service is great, very friendly. You make your appointment online, and then you can message her with any style changes. You do need to bring your own hair, though. Especially if there is a certain brand you want. She works pretty fast, too. It's a shame that I'm leaving to go back home. She would be my permanent hair lady if I lived here. I did have the barber there do my sons hair as well, and I must say he did pretty good too. Especially because I'm very lucky about who cuts my sons hair. He was friendly with my son, and professional. I would definitely have him keep doing my sons hair as well.

I regularly go here for my braiding and line ups. Solo does my cuts and gets the job done right every time, and Tina absolutely kills it with the braids and I swear she gets quicker every time with me. One time I even had a wedding to do the next day so I called up Tina for an emergency braid session and she was able to pull through flawlessly. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for someone to braid their hair or get a fresh cut.

I’m a bit new to the area and was looking for someone to braid my hair and when I found Queen B Braiding I was relieved. Got my hair done twice here once for my birthday and yesterday I’ve also gotten my two year old daughter hair done for her bday and yesterday. And every time I’ve been impressed. Nikki did my daughter hair yesterday and she was so patient with her although I was frustrated with her not sitting and crying, Nikki did so good. Tina and Tonia did my knotless and they did amazing. The vibe, the conversation is always great. And can’t thank them enough for being patient with both my kids when I get my hair done. Highly recommend Queen B Braiding salon.
