Dr. Josh is genuinely the best Physical Therapist I have ever been to. He changed my life.

I am a runner and I went to Josh after I went to another PT in the Fox Valley for 4 months with tight hamstrings and they could not identify and fix the root cause - symptoms persisted even after dry needling. Josh identified the root cause in one appointment and he fixed it completely by the second appointment. Absolutely unreal. He was extremely knowledgable and listened to my symptoms and history - I felt like he understood me. I cannot recommend him enough. He is fantastic.

I cannot express how talented Dr. Dahlke is in the therapy work he does! I traveled from Colorado after a nasty ski accident when things with my therapist were just not improving. I underwent an ACL, MCL, & Meniscus repair. After surgery and a knee manipulation, my range of motion was not improving. My cousin recommended Dr. Dahlke after he helped her husband with his rehab. With just seven sessions, my range of motion improved from only being able to bend my knee 80 degrees to now 130 degrees. He was extremely supportive and pushed me in exercises to ensure the quickest possible recovery. When my sports hernia was nearing being recovered he did not push additional appointments, despite being ahead of schedule. Super accommodating with my busy work schedule and helpful answering all my questions during/after my session was completed. Hopefully will not have to see him again but if another injury arises I will be going right back!
