Passion Restaurant & Bar is a family-run establishment that embodies the essence of Vietnam. The restaurant offers friendly and personable service, along with sublime food and unbelievable value for money. The bar is also a great spot, with karaoke nights and a laid-back atmosphere, attracting an older crowd. Despite its average appearance, the restaurant serves fabulous food, with a chef who clearly has a refined palate.
very friendly atmosphere. owner was great. staff was great. the worst part was the police were harassing them. the police said the music was too loud. So I asked the police what the decibel reading was and they had no answer so they continued harassing him asking for licenses/permits. Always question authority! I will continue to go there and stand up to the harassment and eat the good food and have the great service.
Food at this quality is rarely served past 9 pm. Great service, wish I would have known about them sooner.
