They are great about communicating everything we need to know about our dog. Calling in any time gets you to a person after a very short hold. The vets seem knowledgeable and helpful and appointment scheduling is easy with a short lead time. They are very accommodating and I would recommend.

Dr. Amanda is fantastic. When we had to take our terminally ill 20 year old cat be euthanized, she personally took care of it and was very gentle and sympathetic. Made a very tough decision a little more easy on both our cat and us.
A week later, we received a sympathy card signed by everyone. It was touching.
First, they were considerate of my physical limitations and carried my twelve pound cat into the clinic for me. Dr. Amanda checked Monique for ear mites and found none. Her only concern was Monique's dental condition. She gave me an estimate of the cost of dental cleaning. Monique was there only for a wellness check so the charge was minimal. I've been going to North Heights for almost two years and have always been satisfied with their care.
