After a disappointing situation with another salon that failed to communicate a cancellation (even after I drove out of town!), I called Nine. Two. Zero, and they got me in the very next day. LeAnn was my stylist, and she was amazing from start to finish. She checked me in herself, got me back right away, and made me feel welcomed and cared for. She truly listened to my concerns and walked me through what would work best for my hair. Her kindness, knowledge, and attentiveness meant so much to me. This wasn’t just a haircut—it was a confidence boost I needed. I’m in the process of rebuilding myself, and LeAnn made me feel beautiful, like I belonged.
