Rick and his team have done work for me on multiple occasions in the past 4 years and they have been awesome to work with. We recently had a furnace replaced. Fast forward 2 months and our heat stopped working. On this particular day it was about -15 degrees out. I called Rick around 7 am, he answered on the 2nd ring. I explained to him the problem we were having, he said he could be there in a few hours. He also suggested a could simple thing we could try to do in the mean time to maybe fix it. Lo and behold, the things he suggested worked and the furnace was working again in no time. KP Heating has been servicing our air conditioner and furnace for over 10 years. Our furnace started acting up on a very cold Saturday evening. Called KP Heating and they were there within the hour. They had a loaner motor for our unit that they installed to get us through the weekend. Based on the age of our unit, we decided to go with a replacement, which Rick scheduled and had installed. Install day was the coldest day of the year with subzero temperatures, and it was done so quickly that the house barely cooled off. Quick response, friendly technicians, very professional. I wouldn't use anyone else!
