No communication. Asked that my project just be put on hold until January if it wasn't going to come to fruition by December. 4 kids and a torn out kitchen through the holidays is not convenient. Was told it was no problem, and now it's just about Christmas and my kitchen is still in pieces, missing correct parts, and still no honest communication. Very disappointed.
