For starters, Dan is exceptional at communicating. He is also extremely honest. He came to our home, listened to what we required, which was a large-scale hardwood floors refinish/repair project. He offered helpful suggestions, and then provided a very fair estimate. When it came time to do the work, he contacted us each day upon his arrival at our home as well as his departure (the project's size precluded us from being home while he worked), appraised us of his progress, and sent us daily pictures. He finished on time and the results were stunning. Our floors could not look any better. We simply cannot recommend him enough.
