Great quick service. All staff were police and respectful. They went over the details of their findings of my car and gave me a heads up of what the recommended services were for my car at the suggested mileage.

We were in Appleton away from home, with a low tire. We just needed some air, and the gentleman at jiffy lube went around the car and checked all four tires pressure. Also, another gentleman took the initiative and washed our front and rear windows. We offered them some cash if for nothing else ,a tip and they refused. It completely complementary service is unheard of these days and is appreciated. Especially with good etiquette and when it's below zero. Thank you jiffy lube!

My recently purchased used car oil filter was too tight to remove without better tools. Without hesitation they said to come in and they replaced it for me free of charge. Great, friendly people!
