“We had Closet 1 do all of our closets during the build of our new home in 2021 and just came back to them now as we finish our basement…along with also adding more drawers to our master closet. Happy then and happy now. Bradyn and Michael were super friendly and did great work. Highly recommend!”
“We love the floors!
I have worked with customers for many years and to me customer service is huge. Most people will even pay more if they get good customer service.
That being said, I was impressed with the politeness of everyone throughout this whole process. From getting it scheduled, to the installers, to the return to install the piece that was short.
When I got the call to schedule the last piece I was told “We will work with your schedule as this was our fault.”
Although I feel this is the kind of service that should be the norm, it many times isn’t anymore.
Please keep this as a priority as it goes so far!
It was a pleasant experience.
Thanks”
