I remodeled my main floor, the majority of it. Removed walls. Custom kitchen. Custom general bathroom. Replaced the flooring. Changed out windows and doors and millwork and, well, pretty much rebuilt the main floor.
Spent more than I initially thought, but that's all on me. As I watched the work being done, I wanted more work to be done and of the same quality GTC was giving.
Being disabled, GTC worked around my living situation. The sub contractors used were absolute quality and helped form my vision. Of the General Contractors I looked at, I chose well with GTC.

Our experience with this firm was very positive. The job was well scheduled; sub-contractors showed up on time and were skilled in their trades. Materials used were of high quality. skilled trades people plus quality materials = a job well done.
I had an excellent experience with Grant Thompson Construction. Everything was organized very well through Tina. Each worker did a phenomenal job. They were timely and every individual I encountered was very kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I have attached before and after pictures for everyone to see.
