Randy was a pleasure to work with. I got several quotes to replace the pipes in my second story bathroom as it was a very slow drain. He was the only one that didn't immediately tell me I had to replace my entire tub/shower unit and his quote was thousands less than the rest. THOUSANDS! And when he came and did the work (replaced old narrow pipe with new pipe), he was quick, efficient and honest when the work wasn't as invasive as he quoted; he said it would be cheaper! I had an original rusty old mainstack in my house, along with a few other items that needed to be fixed found during an inspection. Gerritts gave me a fair quote, completed the work in a timely manner and stood by their estimate. Work well done and worth the money.

Randy, The owner, was beyond incredible! He came while I was at work and turned my disaster into perfection! I had a pipe, from the shower, break off inside the wall, as well as a tub and toilet, that would not drain. He fixed everything within an hour. He was very honest, with a great sense of humor. Billed me less than I had imagined. randy made everything the most wonderful experience. I would highly recommend him and his company for anything you ever need.
