I suddenly had an issue with my left eye. So I was recommended to call Fox Cities Eye Clinic to see Dr. Mark Austin. I was able to get an appointment the next day with the Doctor. I am very pleased with the way I was treated from the moment I walked into the the clinic. Dr. Austin was very informative and very thorough with my exam. He quickly diagnosed my issue and I am please with my outcome and doing much better. I would highly recommend this clinic for any optical needs. Dr Mark Austin was very kind, patient,considerate,knowledgeable,very personable,he really took his time with me. He answered all my questions.He's a excellent doctor. The only thing is I had to wait a long time to get my written prescription from them.

I went in to find out I had Ocular Migraines. While in the exam, Dr Austin asked if I had vision loss. I answered yes. Dr Austin stated this is not normal. Dr Austin suggested I get exams by my GP. I did and it was shown I have plugged arteries. I will be having surgery to clear my Carotid Arteries. Thank you Dr Austin for being upfront and honest. You assisted in saving me from probable strokes!
