I found Michelle and reached out to her, with very short notice, inquiring about the possibility of a beautiful and unique arrangement for my sister’s funeral. It was late evening, and I shared my family story, in hopes that she would get a true feel for what I was looking for. I couldn’t believe how fast she responded, and accepted the task! She said, “This is why I do what I do!”
