What began as an installation company evolved into an expansive flooring retail business with top-quality brand-name flooring solutions. After 50 years, the company is still wholly owned and operated by the Roberts family, whose commitment to customer service and satisfaction remains the number one priority. Working with Floors by Roberts was a smooth interaction. Sales reps spent ample time picking out vinyl flooring and even sent a whole box home to lay out. After a quick phone call, they came to the house to measure. The installer did an excellent job, working diligently for five days and cleaning up each day before leaving. The installing went well, and the team finished a living room floor, a 13-step staircase, and a short hallway in three hours, including tear out of the old material. One customer needed a flooring product no longer available. Several local places never got back, but Floors by Roberts found leftover stock in Dallas. There was a slight mishap, and the company went over the top to correct it. They care about the little guy too. Best place in the valley for flooring, with quite a few choices in stock with great pricing. They had an install opening the next week. Quality installation team did a great job. Customers are happy to refer others and will use them for future flooring projects.
