Tom came right to our home with flooring samples in hand to assist us with picking out just the right carpet and LVT flooring for our space. Leo, the installer, was personable, professional and reliable. Tom visiting our home after the install to inspect the work himself, ensuring the install was done properly. It started with Glenn and no pressure sale at all! Very personable and patient while he helped me pick out the color for the floors. Then Tom the coordinator was very kind and thorough and even came back to mop the floors up after install. Plus he helped with a billing issue and corrected it quickly.
Brandon the installer did an excellent job and was very detailed and an area he didn't like he redid that small area because he is very detailed. He's a very nice person as well.
I would use them over and over again.
