Saved me time when I needed my computer to be fixed, I looked up tutorials to fix my computers issue and even tried resetting my wifi because I thought it was an issue with my router. I have needed the services of Fingerprint Computer Services twice in two weeks. The first time, I called on a Sunday, thinking that the best I could do was to arrange for a home visit in a day or two. Totally surprised when the IT told me that he could be at my house in two hours. He fixed my "crashed" laptop in an hour. Runs perfectly.Second call, two weeks later, was for connecting a device by way of downloaded app and much manipulation. i needed my Laptop cleaned and Joseph from Fingerprint promptly responded to my Inquiry and within 24 hours he reometly cleaned it! Very professional, patient and knowledgeable. Their prices are very good and very competitive. Highly Recommended!
