I was able to make an appointment the SAME day I called, as a new patient. Whereas, my former PCP couldn't see me for 2 months. (That's unacceptable.) I called again to see a physician today, and was fortunate enough there was a cancelation, and can be seen this afternoon. So far, I'm very impressed with this clinic, their clerical staff, nurses and physicians. I'm only guessing that some of the bad reviews could stem from lack of communication, on both sides. I have nothing but good things to say.
