Not only is Tom an attorney he has the knowledge of a lawyer and instructor as well and that makes him twice the lawyer another could stand and argue with! I was in a terrible accident. I was hit from the side, and shoved across 2 lanes of traffic and into a building. Do I need to say my van was toast? Attorney Tusler walked me though the whole process. Best part was that he handled the insurance companies for me. All I had to do was get better after being smashed up. When the time came, Attorney Tusler did all the negotiations and fought hard for me. The man is not afraid to go to court if he has to. Very satisfied with the outcome!
