Oh my goodness, such great customer service. We have a pug, it is quite difficult to cut his nails. Kelly was beyond nice, genuinely made a connection with our dog. She trimmed his nails quickly and gently. She was on time and just as helpful as could be. Our pug got so anxious he peed during the nail trim and Kelly was gracious and efficient regardless. I was really impressed how comfortable I felt with her.
