We used Carpertland to replace the carpet in our entire house. They have a great selection of quality carpets, and Derek did a great job estimating and planning our overall project very well. The installation took one more day than planned, but they compensated by working through the weekend to meet the agreed delivery date. The end product turned out very well, and we are very happy with how the carpet makes our home look. Overall, a good experience.

Customer service was amazing. The floor installers had about 70% of the floor installed when we had an unfortunate water valve failure. The floors they had just installed 2 days prior had to be taken out and replace. Jim, Derek and their team went out of their way to order new floors and get them reinstalled quickly.
