Sunday morning, washing clothes to pack to leave for a work trip Tuesday morning. Our basement backs up with some sewer water. Turns out to be just a clog. I just want to say rhought that we have worked with now 4 different plumbers in the area. Appleton drain and sewer, by far the best, straightforward, transparent, and thorough job. Well informed about other issues in the area (regarding a city sewer line mishap). They were the quickest too, in the sense they hustled not cut corners. I was worried they take their sweet time since it was a weekend call and by the hour. What I thought would take 3 hours took just under an hour. They were also very quick to return my call. What another plumber quoted us, Appleton Drain and Sewer came in at a better cost. I'm never calling anyone else!
Big thank you to Appleton Drain & Sewer Cleaning. Noticed last night the floor drain in my basement was overflowing after running the washer and dishwasher. Tried for 3 hours this morning to clear it out myself with a power drill snake with no luck. They got it clear in 20 mins, and gave me a veterans discount I didn't even ask for because they saw my veteran license plate! Awesome dudes, make sure you give them a call if you have any issues!
These guys were terrific! I was rushing home from work and they patiently awaited my arrival. Mike explained the process to clear my basement drain and answered my many questions.
