I purchased a home that had a pellet stove and didnt know anything about it. Doug came out and cleaned everything out as well as ensured everything was running properly. He also educated me on the stove as well as the difference in pellets. Great company to work with and I highly recommend using them!

There is no other place I go for my heating needs. Don is very knowledgeable and you can count on him to keep your home safe and warm during the winter months. When we first moved to the area during the middle of winter we were having difficulties with our heating situation. Don and Sue were just about to close for the night, but they still took the time--well past the store's closing time--to help us with our situation and get the heat back on. Don then came out to our place the very next day to ensure that everything was done correctly with the best quality. Thank you Nature's Heat Source!
