The entire Northwind team did an amazing job on our ground mount. They answered all my questions (which were many), they accommodated my special requests, and they were very helpful every step of the way. I will be calling them again when I'm ready to have a Powerwall installed (and possibly a second ground mount once we switch a couple more items to electric).
The team was great. The installation went very smoothly. When digging the trench, the existing irrigation system was cut and the team immediately repaired without any question. The ground mount unit has been working since early December.
We had the best experience with these folks! Everyone from our salesperson, Woody, to the team of electricians and the people that installed our amazing ground mounted system were incredibly professional and talented. Cannot recommend them high enough!
