Installation done last fall (just getting to review them now!). Very happy with the service. Staff were friendly and very easy to work with. So far the panels are working great, initial connection issues was promptly reviewed (i was actually not even aware of the issue, they informed me) and easily corrected.
Working with Northwind on our residential ground solar array project was easy and efficient from start to finish. All employees, from project managers to daily work crew members, who we communicated with were professional, friendly, and took a genuine interest in our project and property.
