Very happy with Kromer's Pump Service! Shane is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great at explaining what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. He was able to come the same day I contacted him. He finished the job in less time than he estimated and the final cost was less than what he had quoted. I highly recommend Kromer's!

Called Shane on a Sunday morning he had a quick response showing up at 10:00 am diagnosed and had to pull the well gave me a quote for the worst so there was no surprises ended up new pump one section of pipe and new wire everything came apart nicely and allowed me to give him a hand then double checked pressure switch and found buildup there that could have caused problems down the road finished in 3 hours coming in under quote, great company prompt service very fair price I will highly recommend Kromer's pump service to everyone know.

Shane was super quick to respond, got a new well pump and pressure tank (among other things) replaced for us in no time at all at a very fair price! Super friendly and down to earth, kept us in the loop on where things were at all times during the process and let us know what to expect next. Happy to support a businessman from the area-he does a great job all around!
