I recommend Rob from heartland exterior and garage doors. Rob came out on a holiday weekend on very short notice to fix our garage door that wasn't opening properly. Would recommend!

My garage door cable broke on Sunday and I gave a call to Heartland that day expecting to get voicemail. Rob (owner) answered the phone personally (even though it was his day off) and said he would be out on Monday. On Monday, he updated me on his ETA and was right on time. He got to work right away and gave me an accurate and fair estimate. He also did maintenance work on my other doors. He had the repair and all the maintenance done in very short order. Rob was able to answer all my questions and charged a very fair amount.
If I encounter any need for repairs in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Rob/Heartland. I would heartily recommend him to anyone… read full review

This company is fantastic! The spring on our garage door had broken leaving our garage door in the half open position, there were many reasons this was not ideal. We called that morning and they had a technician out later in the afternoon and it was promptly fixed, replaced both springs at a very affordable price.
