Rob came to check out our garage door damage within hours of submitting a request for help. He then immediately got on ordering the panels we needed to repair and didn’t try and talk us into fixing more than we needed. Outstanding service! Garage door (which was NOT originally installed by Rob and team) had a total failure. I could not be happier with Rob’s expertise. I have an office that had a garage door I could barely yank open for 9 years. I was told by another contractor that I needed to rip the whole thing out and start over.
Rob came over and fixed the door, got it sliding smoothly, and installed an opener in like 3 hours. I went from a completely useless and what I thought was trashed garage door to having a perfectly working system the next day.
I even have a remote and I watch the thing go up and down in disbelief that it would ever function properly.
