I called Jakel because my furnace stopped working the previous day, on a very cold & windy day outside temp. 20° Feb.5 2025. After trying to tell Sean the model # & type, he rudely stopped me & told me - he had someone in the area & they would be there in a few hours & gave me an estimate of 2hrsitsaid that

We ended up using them, and we were really impressed. They showed up prepared and quickly found the indoor portion of the pipe leaking (leading outside of our home), quickly repaired it, and told us to turn the water on in about an hour so.
