The manager got ahold of me and just wow 🤯 I was blown away that a small business like this would make it their mission to make this right they have my business for life I’m so thankful that this business is one of the very few left that still have the amount of customer service and customer appreciation really can’t thank them enough!!!!! Dr. Hatch was very attentive to us. He listened to our concerns and had great ideas for next steps in treatment. I brought in my daughter and he was so good with her, telling lots of jokes and helping her to feel less anxious. It was a bit of a drive to see him, but absolutely worth it.

I was having issues with my contacts after already being seen a couple of times else where. I made an appointment here and Rose worked with me on this issue and was able to resolve the problem. The doctor and the staff at this clinic are very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. I live in Tri Cities and I will gladly drive an hr to be seen at this clinic. Thank you Rose and the rest of the staff.
