I just got done taking my doughy there and had an amazing experience. Doctor was extremely inviting and helpful and explained things throughly. Front desk was also amazing with checking us in/out. I will be taking my dog here for aslong as the clinic is open. If you guys are looking for a vet and are from the Zillah/Granger area I would highly recommend coming here. 10/10
I am so grateful to the veterinarians and staff at the Zillow Veterinary Clinic in Zillah, Washington! They took me in last minute even though I was an out-of-town visitor, and their customer service was truly amazing.
Huge shout-out to Dr. Sam McGill. She was patient, gentle, and incredibly reassuring during a stressful moment with my kitten. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and the families who walk through the door.
The entire team made me feel welcomed and supported from the moment I arrived. Thank you all for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the area!
Dr. Sam and her clinic run a great operation. I read other reviews frustrated about not being from the area and not having access to care, but honestly there are specific emergency clinics in Yakima and Kennewick just for that. We were able to make an appointment and be seen same day. It seems to me she is committed to her community and is careful to only take on new patients if she can provide good service. That seems very thoughtful and intentional. After meeting her and her team personally I can say we will be coming back. Excellent care for our two collie pups that is much appreciated.
