I can not say enough good things about my experience with Bill and Amber. I called and dealt with two other locksmiths in the last 2ish months with less than favorable outcomes ending worse off than I started. Im kicking myself for not reaching out to Yelm Locksmith sooner. Amber was quick to reply with an estimate and time frame I could stop by and Bill had my damaged not working key copied and programmed for my car in about 20mins. They were both very professional and so kind. (My original key was damaged by BOTH of the other locksmiths I saw)
Moved into a new house and before we got new keys made,locked ourselves out! Called and showed up in 20 minutes. Stuck to their price and were very professional! Even made us a couple keys. If you have to use a locksmith in the area, I would call them!
Disabled senior on a fixed income. And my vehicle entry fob died. After ordering off Amazon for an aftermarket 08 explorer fob. Tried to go on the web and get it programmed. The site's say free. But there not. I didn't mind paying a fee. But they want your phone number in which they may sell on the web to solicitors. I got on the internet again and found (Yelm Locksmith)inc,. They were very polite well spoken and said no problem. Took the fob and my keys and was done in (30 seconds). I started walking back to the office to pay. And he hands me his business card.
