I took an old, tired laptop into Michael for a tune-up and to add Windows 11. It was taking sometimes over 20 minutes to come up and additional time to open up programs with the dreaded spinning wheel saying the program wasn't responding. I ended up buying a brand new laptop that was almost half the cost of the one I took in and received significant more ram and hard drive space as well as speed. Michael installed all my important programs or their equivalent, added security and cleaning programs I didn't have before, and of course all of my pictures and data.
