I would highly recommend Prime home inspections. I hired them to do my one year home inspection, and it was the best money I ever spent. He found dry wall cracks and fasteners coming through the wall I did not notice. But most importantly he scoped my septic system and found a huge backup. This back up was the result of improper installation of the sewer pipe to the outgoing sewer pipe. As a result the builder will be responsible for digging up my front porch and reinstalling the pipe. This saved me about 15k. It truly was the best money I have spent as this was caught when my house was still under warranty. Shannon was wonderful! We walked with him after he had completed the inspection and he pointed out each item that he identified as a deficiency. He carefully explained how or why each was a problem and then offered ideas and recommended courses of action to remedy the issues. We found him to be very personable and responsive to all of our questions. He was a pleasure to talk with and his knowledge of all of the household systems was extensive. We would strongly recommend both Shannon and Prime Home Inspections for anyone in need of home inspection services.
