Recently moved to the area and need to get my dogs cleaned ASAP! The Pet shop was able to get both my German shepherds and quickly, and both my dogs look absolute amazing. I've been to numerous groomers around the country due to moving around with the military and the pet house is by far one of the best places I have taken my dogs to. Highly, highly recommend!
I started using the Pethouse this past year and they are such a wonderful group to deal with from dropping my dog off to picking my dog up was a joy. . My dog is blind. And very hard of hearing, but he just was fine there and they treated him very gently. They knew he was a senior and treated him accordingly I’m so glad I started using the Pethouse. I’ve read reviews and it’s unfortunate that there have been some customers that were not happy with their service on that note. First visit recently with my newfoundland. They did great, and my pup looked so cute with her hair bow. 4/5 stars because their policy of having to be there with-in 30 mins is super difficult without a pre-planned appointment ending time. I understand their facility is small and space is at a premium, but many people in the area (like me) live over 30 mins away.
