Brad is very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I found Bob York years ago when we moved to our home in West Valley. Bob was so effective and good at what he did we stayed with York's . Everyone that has treated our home for the various pests we have has done a good job. Brad is no exception. Good Quality work at reasonable prices. I recommend York's to anyone who runs into a pest problem, commercial or residential.

I had the an unfortunate issue with bed bugs in my home. I contacted York Pest Control. I was so pleased with their tech Brad. He was excellent at what he does. He explained to me what he could do to help fix the situation and what it would intake. He took his time to explain to me what he was doing and why. He educated me at what I needed to do to help the issue. Which is one of the most important things so we can get this taken care of. I highly recommend him and York Pest Control as a company. They take great care of you. Couldn't ask for anything better
