Being an extremely shy, socially awkward person I felt so comfortable and she was so easy to talk to. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted when I went in, I just knew I wanted something dramatic and after the consultation I got something better than I ever could have imagined on my own. She really cares about her clients happiness and the health of their hair. I got the best results I’ve had in 38 years! I wont be going anywhere else.
Brandy does an amazing job! Our whole family goes to her for all our hair care needs! From foils and color, to eyebrow waxing and microblading, she welcomes us with open arms, great conversations, and high-quality work. I cannot recommend any other salon more than the Red Umbrella!
Fantastic salon! Very personable customer service. Brandy really made our whole family feel very comfortable and the cuts are awesome! My wife, daughter, 3 sons and myself will be using The Red Umbrella from now on!
