I saw Effie back in 2006-7 when I had a pinched nerve in my neck, which put me in a lot of misery with the most severe neck pain I believe I’ve ever experienced in my life with additional radiculopathy symptoms going down my arm. The whole situation was brought on by a particular family stress event when I looked back, however this CST therapist was really the turning point to recovery.
