I normally find getting haircuts really stressful, but Aubrey made it a very pleasant experience. She was patient and was very helpful with explaining what she was doing and what she could do with my hair, which I really appreciated since I know very little about hair and haircuts lol.
I've followed Collette to various salons for nearly 12 yrs before she opened this one. she is a fantastic stylist and works hard to get to know her clients and their preferences. I've also had my brows done there, and most recently, I took my daughter to get her second piercing as an early Chrismas present. while there, I asked Aubrey if she had any idea why 2 piercings I'd had done by a different studio weren't healing, as I'd had them for 9 months. Without bad mouthing the studio, she shared that not only were my piercings done incorrectly, I was allergic to the jewelry they'd used. Aubrey replaced my jewelry, gave me care instructions, and the piercings that had kept me up at night for 9 months were healed in 48 hrs. Salon Sapphire employs only the best!
